Well that sucks, your ISP's DNS is broken. If a user can't resolve your hostname, he won't be able to make a direct connection to you and therefore you won't be able to send anything to them. This might be intentional by the wireless provider because they don't want their wireless users receiving connections, I'm not sure... you'll have to speak to them about why your hostname won't resolve.
