Forums mIRC Help DCC problem

I didn't block sender, filetype or dcc.

So it has to be that he's on passive. But the thing is... I talked to that person so he couldn't possibly be on passive, or he didn't want to change it to active?

The odd thing is, it can't be the sender's fault because some people can get in.
