Forums mIRC Help DCC problem

The tutorial actually told me to set that option: I already put 5000 and 5004 into first and last port.

And in the DCC server it says also listen on port 59.
Also IdentD is on port 113.

Still, I can't get DCC to work. When I try to trigger, they say:

<Firewall Notice> i'm using an alternative serving method. please type '/dccserver +sc on 59' to connect
