Well, while ResHacker may violate the mIRC license agreement, doing so isn't illegal in all locales. To my understanding, most European countries permit reverse-engineering for private non-redistributed use, and no license agreement can deny that.
In the mean time until translation is added to mIRC, ResHacker can be extremely useful for creating those translations while we wait. I would recommend that anyone who can speak fluently in 2 languages should download ResHacker and begin on these translations so they can be readily deployed when needed... as permitted by your local laws.
