I guess US bakeries are different, we have pies filled with custard, creme, fruits, pudding, etc. I've never seen a bakery that served pies filled with meat. The closest thing to what you're describing would be a chicken pot pie, but you wouldn't find that at a bakery, and as the name implies it's chicken, not beef.
