I guess US bakeries are different, we have pies filled with custard, creme, fruits, pudding, etc. I've never seen a bakery that served pies filled with meat. The closest thing to what you're describing would be a chicken pot pie, but you wouldn't find that at a bakery, and as the name implies it's chicken, not beef.
Beef, fat, offal, grissle, anything the mincer will grind gets chucked in and it is a disgrace to the institution.
Remind me again why everyone seems to think that people in the US eat the world's most unhealthiest things? :P
