As well, I should think a dialog builder would be necessary, as I would hate to imagine taking the time to guess the coordinates of everything to make a good looking dialog.
As already mentioned, "Dialog Studio" does that pretty well, just google for it...
And also, I doubt that it's possible to simply implement twigs code into mirc...
It would have to be rewritten I guess.
