ChanServ is a service, it does not have it's own servers - you need to download services and incorporate it into your own IRCd if you have your own server. Some networks support Services, some don't, as I mentioned before.

Services package downloads. You might also want to have a look at Unreal IRCDs Forums, which can be found at
www.unrealircd.com - run a search of their forums before posting a new topic about Unreal IRCd and their compatibility with Services.
