As I have said, please ask on the network's #Help channel for further help. ChanServ is NOT a real service on Quakenet, and if you have registered a channel with a so-called ChanServ on Quakenet then you have been tricked.

We help with mIRC, and we do not/cannot test out channels. If you can join the channel with no problem then it should be fine for everyone else. Type /mode #channel to see the channel mode's - to ensure it's available to everyone the only modes should be +nt. For channel, or channel services help, go to #Help.
