I don't think it's mIRC's job to coddle young people on IRC or to censor large sites of relevant information because one section of it can contain things that certain people could find offensive. The site provides a warning before that section can be entered, if people choose to ignore that then that's their choice. Lets not pretend children are idiots, they know what kind of things are on the net and they know enough to understand what a disclaimer and a content warning is.
