Ok i am focus at the identifier part that you can the other suggested things if you have this identifier included into the mIRC, so the head feature request is to add a new identifier to return how many mIRC instances are currently in use, also in this case it can be added and some properties in case to return more informations like an identifier for catching any progress that is running under the task manager.
Example: $proc(NAME).prop
Properties: .total - .status - .pid - .priority - .cpu - .disk - .network - .cputime - .ram - .desc - .user
Example: $proc($nopath($mircexe)).total
