Yes, you can ask...but considering that this is mIRC's msg board, obviously we focus on helping with mIRC and IRC related things, so you may not get much help with totally unrelated issues. Most likely, you may be given suggestions to find the help you need, for example checking google or another search engine for resources relating to the problem or places to search for channels that may be able to help you.
Beyond that, with all the infected websites and puters, downloading things from strangers isnt safe, and it should be understandable why we are very cautious about allowing urls for such things to be posted here, legalities aside.
