What I was trying to say is, taking part in this forum is a privilege, not a right, therefore, if the people that the administrators have put in charge of moderating the content of this forum (the moderators) disagree with something you say/do, you shouldn't argue with it.
As for the actual question, I don't really think anyone minds if you post topics that have nothing to do with mIRC as long as it doesn't break the forums rules, and it's not something that nobody wants to see/read, like spam.
