on what you said about no rights. what can we go by? what can we say. what cant we talk about. should we have a sticky in the general topics on whats appropriate and whats not? because people seem to have confused ideas on what is general and what isnt. going by the description of the forum general discussions. it says mirc, irc and other general topics. what goes into the "other general topics" category?
