Yep.
And as ever, I was trying not to name specific names, as that just gets people's backs up.
There are unfortunately a lot of people - even on this board, see
this thread for a recent example - who think everyone should be required/expected to speak English. Personally, I disagree.
While it's impractical to expect every piece of software to be released in lots of languages, I think it is GREAT if said software can be configured to accept different translations of itself - e.g. with plug-in language modules.
Especially a proggie dedicated to communication, like wot mIRC iz.
All that said... I'm quite happy to agree to disagree about it!
