The reason why it matters is mIRC doesn't give error messages like those. There is no way for us to begin to give you help with regards to that error message.
It's worth noting, however, that /me should never be used in a remote event. The correct command is /describe $target
As FreeTrav pointed out.
Its almost the same scripting so i don't see the difrence with a mIRC and the IceChat. but thanks for the help every one.
