I doubt standard speakers have the ability to actually produce that sound. Then again, unless you put a dog in front of your speakers, you'd never actually know if it can, would you?

Also by the way for some reason my doctor said I have super sensitive ears so I can hear alot better, but dog whistles sound like someone left the stereo on max!
