The trick to get a kickban-combination is adding the -k switch (there are other sollutions as well, but this should suffice your needs)

- "2" is the mask type to ban; in this case "2" = "host" (compare: /help $mask)
- I also added "$2-" so you can add a kick reason, e.g.
/kb -NICK-
/kb -NICK- you have been warned!
