if you haven't noticed the next three ARE the SAME paths...
/dll "c:\path to\nicklust3.dll"
/dll "c:\path~1\nicklust3.dll"
/dll "c:\path to\nicklu~1.dll"
do that in mIRC bet it loads 3 differnet copies of nicklust3.dll even though they are pointing to the EXACT same copy of the dll hence my issue :-p when it should only load it once then check if any of the paths match existing loaded copies.
