Forums General Discussion how to search channel from different server???????

hi all,
i'm new to mirc and i have problem looking for channel from other server.
for example if i'm on dalnet and wanna look for a channel other than dalnet do i have to go to that server to look for it or is there other alternative that can be done? i tried joining the prefer channel in other server i juz cannot get to it can anyone offer some help to me?

To Join a channel you have to me on the network that channel is on, however with the newer versions of mIRC, which support Multi-Server, support you can connect to several networks at the same time..

To do this, use, /server -m server.address - which opens a new 'connection' without closing the existing one.

For more syntax information, /help /server.
