Well i was reading through some of the posts and notice a few times people have suggested to open a /debug window to see exactly what is going on.
Well i had trouble with my querys and thought i might see what happens when i have a /debug window open and some one sends me a query. I am now receiving my querys but only through the /debug window.
So is there a way, that i could make it echo in another window or open a new window and chat like it is a normal query window?

Thanks as always

It sounds like you have a script halting new windows from opening, BUT have you tried querying them to start with? The code that would prevent query windows from opening COULD be something like on *:open:?:/halt or on ^*:open:?:/haltdef | halt or somethign similar. I would recommend you look thru your script files (if you have any loaded that is) and see if something similar exists in your mirc
