Mirc has the same annoying inability to re order the windows that are opened, as the windows task bar. All the channels you join, the query windows you open, are there in the order you opened them, and cannot be re-ordered. So what if I joined #Help first and then #Windows second. Maybe I want #Windows to the the FIRST window in the list. Pardon me while I rant. I cannot conceivably understand why windows would not impliment this feature, and further cannot understand how any other developer could not see that as a very annoying flaw. Is it THAT hard to program the ability to drag one of the window buttons to a new place? I am at a total loss as to why this hasn't been implimented earlier.
A very good suggestion, and I very much agree that it's annoying being unable to drag tabs around or reorder them by command even. It'd be a nice feature to see, but i'm sure it's not the easiest to impliment else we'd likely have it already. Never know what Khaled's got in mind for mIRC.
Well. At least I won lunch. Good philosophy, see good in bad, I like!
Alphabetically is still an older of THERE chooseing, not mine. If you can sort them alphabeticaly, there has to be a way that would be very easy to impliment the ability to sort the windows in a way of my chooseing, somehow.
Well, whatever it is he has planned, I am sure it will be good. I have very complaints about the softwear. If you can re-order them alphabeticly (Talked about in a previous post in this thread) then there has to be a very easy way to make it so you can order the windows yourself. Maybe not even though a click and drag, but through commands. Its Mirc already knows hwo to move windows around, it just needs to be taught how to move them to a way of my chooseing..
