Heres another idea, it would be great if i could right click any window, for example a chat or query, i would like to be able to "Disable Highlighting" or something like that because its annoying when like the chat to my bot (wich has my nick as ident) and the pc starts beeping, so that would also be a good update for the next version..

You can change the highlighting option to not activate on nicks and only on the text said.

yeah i know, but i want to highligh $me as nick and message and in some windows its annoying because its beeping all the time then, i.e a dcc chat window to a bot wich has the same ident as my nick or something like that, so it would be great to be able to switch highlighting off on that particulary window..

without more information on your situation... may I suggest you try creating a custom identifier that will return a different word to highlight for the bot.

e.g. alias /my-nick /return $iif(some-test-for-bot-connection,garbage,$me)

then put $my-nick in the highlight rule
