CTRL-B & CTRL-U can be place on the command line, why not CTRL-C, It would be nice to be able to add color to a message directly from the command line.

EDIT:
Ctrl+C is reserved for Copy....
V - Paste
X - Cut
O - Open
N - New
S - Save
etc...

Ahh I guess I see why it was made CTRL-K, Although the actually control code being sent is CTRL-C (ASCII 03).

Yeah well the control code for underline isn't a U. The character for bold is ASCII 31. Which is actually CTRL+_, same for reverse, reverse is 22. The actual code for ASCII 22 is CTRL+V. Bold and ctrl+o are the only ones that actually use the same letter as the actual control character.
