Forums mIRC Help Set your client to receive transfer?????

I occasionally get the following message when I request a transfer:

"You have a DCC pending, Set your client to receive the transfer."

How do I do this? Help section doesn't.

this has been answered a ton of times, use the search feature here, set it to All Forums, expand the date range and use dcc pending as search term

Did the search and all I found was a thread with a number of people ranting about various subjects. Whew!
