I know, I have been translated Andrew Church's IRCServices for example.
So, /nickserv list is allways OpersOnly in some of IRCServices. For example: IRCServices, Anope, Epona, Ausspice. IT can be configure in the config file as
# NSListOpersOnly [OPTIONAL]
# When enabled, limits use of the NickServ LIST command to IRC
# operators.
NSListOpersOnly

It's not easy to separate the nick for a beginner... when I say this way of listing nicknames in the support room, he/she says me ok works, but where are the nicks?
I don't need to know one of the rooms he/she on it, I don't need to know his/her realname, host, HR, just the nicks...
Do you understand what I suggested?
