I hope that MIRC can have an OIDENTD so that when using a local IP without ZNC or something Ident is not ~

It already does. Options, Connect > Identd. You will have to open/forward a few ports if you're behind a router for this to work, though.
And oidentd is just one implementation of an identd, it's a specific application rather than the concept smile

Yes, that's exactly what this does. It provides an identd response while you connect to a server, which gets rid of the ~tilde. If it doesn't work for you, chances are you have a firewall (or similar) between you and the IRC server you're trying to connect to.

Even though I don't use BNC, it means I use the internet from the office or home?
