Forums Connection Issues Unable to connect to Dalnet Servers

I just changed my internet operator and since then am facing problem in connecting to dalnet servers. The message that shows up is as follows.

Follow the HTTP links referenced in the very ban message you pasted here. You may have to read up on what a DNSBL is. Instructions for removing yourself from the BL should be at that link you follow.
