mIRC doesnt show connectivity to more than 15 channels, it connects to all of them, but the "Channel:" counter stops at 15. Example:

What IRC network/server is that?

Thank you for your bug report. I have not been able to reproduce this issue so far. I connected to several IRC networks and joined more than fifteen channels on all of them and the channels and channel count were displayed correctly. mIRC has no limit on the number of channels that you can join. However, some IRC networks do place a limit on the number of channels you can join and will prevent you from joining more than that limit. Are you sure that this is not the reason for the fifteen channel limit you are seeing?

All of the channels work, this is the Twitch IRC. Ill get to work on finding the output of that. (Note: this is running on wine on Ubuntu 14.10 64-bit)

Is the issue reoccurring or just that one time? I'm currently in 35 channels, and they all appear in my Treebar and Switchbar. I am connected to tmi.twitch.tv on 6667.

Happens every time

This most likely means that the server is not sending join events to the IRC client correctly. You can check what the server is sending to mIRC using the the "/debug on" command, which will make mIRC save all communication to a debug.log file.
