4evakiwi 4	Hi every one, I have been using Mirc for about 6 years and love it, there is a channel, havnt been on it for a couple of months, went to join it the other day and this message comes...."cannot join channel (invite only)" what??? does that mean i can never go back on it or what do i need to do to use it again?? please help Last edited by Khaled; 19/12/10 10:27 PM.

Unless you're an op in the channel, the only way to get into the channel is to be invited. However, if that mode isn't usually set, it may have been set due to flooding and may be removed after awhile. You can wait to see if it's removed, or you can try asking an op in the channel to invite you. Typing /who #channel (replace #channel with the channel name) can sometimes show you the nicks of ops if you don't already know their nicks. Either way, this is something that the ops of that channel have chosen to do and there isn't anything we can do to change that. Last edited by Khaled; 19/12/10 10:27 PM.
