Forums Scripts & Popups how many lines may MRC Files have?

Maybe an stupide questions, but do someone knows
how many lines a MRC file may contain?

and how many chars 1 line may contain?

i dont know of a limit of lines ..... altho it may have a limit of file size .. i think someone had said the mirc editor only reads up to 200 kb but um i dont know for sure if there is a limit ... again could be wrong

Well Thx anyway, than i can add my @$$ off untill 200K

we will see what it does when i above that limit of file size

lines and strings (vars) are limited to 950 chars
any line/string containing more chars will be cut off without any warning

can you tell us where you get that information ? also the info on how big a file can be etc ? thx

i found it out myself
had some problems with strings longer than 950
try to write a 1000 chars long line in remote edit window
close and reopen that window and look how long the line is
