hello.

is there a way to set the "bind sockets to IP" in a alias or popup ?

I want my sript to set this option.

search the forum for "sendkeys", i think this well be the only method of doing it.

(be advised mirc needs to be the active app when keys are sent, ond that out to my dismay!)

writeini mirc.ini ports bind on/off
writeini mirc.ini ports address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

When closed mIRC will rewrite the ini file--to my knowledge anyways. It doesn't read the file and load it when you change a pref.

ahh, i only tested by clicking the dialog box and inputting an IP addy to find the ini section it was stored in. I know it updated it as soon as i clicked ok.(without closing mIRC)

doesnt /reload refreshes changes?
