By purchasing the $20 license, am I also able to use this license corpoaratly for the use of all the users on my server??

The registration is very unclear on this point.

If not, what is the cost for a corporate license?

Thanks,
Josh

Well, the license agreement says, and I quote, "Your single-user registration will license you to continue using your copy of mIRC."

This would suggest you would need to register one for each version. There is no corporate fee because I would imagine so few people use mIRC in such a manner. However, I strongly advise you to email Khaled to come to an agreement between you, we cannot answer you here.

Regards,

Mentality/Chris

Very well.

I was unsure and I need to purchase a license soon.

However, I will do that.

Thanks.

Please note that mIRC will continue to work even after the 30 day trial period, so you don't need to worry about mIRC not working if you don't get a response before the trial period expires.

The point of the license is that using the program after the 30 days, technically, is illegal. Khaled could've put in something to stop the program from working after the 30 day mark, but decided not to. I, for one, was glad of this, since, being on a limited income, it was more than the 30 days before I got my code, since I had to send the money via money order, so I wasn't without the access during the extra few days that it took.
Khaled has worked very hard on this program, and most people will agree that it's a good program, and well worth the $20 to register it.

One other thing, is that when you do have your registration key, the little pop-up reminding you that you have so many days left to register will go away.

Don't forget that once registered, the "register mIRC" webpage will stop popping up randomly on startup of mIRC smile

mIRC is well worth the $20 to register. It is a one-time fee and you get free upgrades after. If you plan on using mIRC for a long time, you should do the right thing and register. Khaled is being very lenient by allowing people to use mIRC after the 30 day trial period, he could have made it so mIRC would stop working until it was registered.

And after 10 years of being the IRC client leader for the windows platform, mIRC is probably the most reliable client you will ever use. Take it from me, you won't be disappointed. I hope you an Khaled can come to an agreement for multiuse of a single license. I hope this was enough to help you along. Regards!
