He could have typo'd on the page and the person who DOES upload the pages thought it was intentional. I was going to edit my post to include Danthemandoo's suggestion, which does indeed seem more likely, but noticed there were no QUITS in the quotes. Either way, I can assure you Pagan999 does know what a 'quip' is, he's used the word in conversation before. Therefore, it is most likely intentional. I'm so glad we got to the bottom of that one.
