since its hard to tell sarcasm over the net, i'd say that its supposed to be like that. its a play on words denoting the usage of /quit on irc.

It's quite possible Pagan999 doesn't name the php files, he isn't the one who uploads the pages. He could have typo'd on the page and the person who DOES upload the pages thought it was intentional. I was going to edit my post to include Danthemandoo's suggestion, which does indeed seem more likely, but noticed there were no QUITS in the quotes.

Either way, I can assure you Pagan999 does know what a 'quip' is, he's used the word in conversation before. Therefore, it is most likely intentional.

I'm so glad we got to the bottom of that one.
