When you ignore someone on mIRC you can be detected if you are being ignored by CTCP'ing the person you think is ignoring you. If you get a reply you aren't being ignored if you don't either the person is ignoring you or he is dropping off IRC.
Maybe split the CTCP and Text Ignore command in 2. Make one ignore CTCP and the other ignore Text that way people can't tell if they are ignored or not. Don't know what use this would be but maybe some people would like it.
