You 'last word' suggestion makes me think that if you were kicked out of a channel and abused, you probably deserved it. I mean, seriously, it's IRC. If you're not wanted in a channel there's nothing you can do about it. Getting in the last word will just make you the joke of that channel for a few days afterwards, whether you're there or not.
