On connect to a irc-server is showen a image.. Only a human can read what there is writed.. Thats is many times used to prevent the bot web registration
Spammers have, alas, rapidly become adept at getting round this... I'm not a programmer, but I would
guess that decoding this kind of image is not much different than dealing with scanned text...
