Forums Feature Suggestions mIRC Lite - for absolute ease

I don't really see how a "lite" client just for chatting in a single channel with no DCC and no PM features is any better (or easier for the old folks) than chatting over a web-based Java Applet like eIRC (http://eirc.sourceforge.net) - an OpenSource project that you can freely recompile to your exact needs with customisable interface graphics & colours.
