are you using any scripts/addons? any speed patches? is your friend? have you tried getting the same file type from another sender? adjusting packetsize? is this with all dccs or those from just that one sender? it is possible the problem is on the senders end, or along the connection, or as a result of one of you doing a lot of other things at the same time using up bandwidth thus slowing that send down or even at the provider level (some have put restrictions on uploading)
