Pausing a timer means you simply want to postpone the actions so that they don't occur during the pause, not that you want to pretend like time has frozen in place
Come on, pausing means pausing : a short period of inaction, a short period is represented by X seconds, you can pause a socket with /sockpause for X seconds, you can pause a song with /splay pause for X seconds but you cannot pause a timer for X seconds.
How do you explain these differences while they all use the term "pause" ?
