dbu works fine no matter what dialog you're making. If you want colors in your dialog, using DCX is a good way to go, but will require that you include their DLL file with your script. There's a lot you can do with DCX to make your dialog(s) look unique.
Yes, I realize that using external DLLs can greatly enhance the looks of the custom dialogs. However, since I'm aiming at handing this script out to other users, including a DLL file just for the options screen when it is not at all required for the script itself does not seem user friendly to me.
