Forums Bug Reports $serverip returns 255.255.255.255

I believe this has been alluded to above, if not explicitly stated-- mIRC is not filling in $serverip in the case where it is not DNSing, and the default placeholder is apparently "255.255.255.255"... that seems to fit.
