IRCops are not obliged to help you, especially in channel matters.

The best solution would be to simply take your channel somewhere else and practice better channel security in future. I personally make all my channels secret (+s) and set a new channel key (+k <key>) every month.

As for removing the network from the list, I think that is pretty extreme. The event seems pretty isolated to be honest.
