It's not really a bug, but rather most likely purposely hardcoded into mIRC.
When you enter Channel Central and use the "Bans", "Exempts", and "Invites", buttons it sends a /mode #channel b|e|I to the server, and raw data is returned, but remote raw events ignore this output.
Pressing the bans button fills the IBL but I built my own internal exempt and invite storage system and pressing these buttons I had hoped would also fill them... but they don't.
What are your thoughts on this?
