Forums mIRC Help DCC Get Dialogs

Alright, when someone first sends you something, you know how you get the little acceptance dialog. How can I get this dialog to appear ontop of stuff with a minimize button, becuase when I minimize mIRC the the sys-tray. and someone sendme something, I will know if they tryed becuase when I resize mIRC the dialog shows. To me this is very annoying, and I need some assistance currently. So can any one direct me on how to make this little accept dialog appear ontop even when mIRC is mimized? ;/
