how i do to put background into all mirc envoirment?

i use $background ( .background $nick }

If it is a colored (not pictured) background, click on the crayon icon that looks like this --> and choose the background color.

If it is a picture bg, I know nothing about it :P

for a picture background just right click on the channel tab...is that what it is called...and slect background/select

There's a lot of help with changing the background for various windows with in /help /background.

In what you put, it looks like you're trying to use /background <nickname> - This will not work. You cannot set a background image for the nicklist or individual nicknames. You could try numberous DLLs for editing the nicklist - search www.mircscripts.org.
