I am not sure if it has ever worked, but if you right click on a channel tab, you'll notice at the bottom it says "Next Ctrl+F6", if you click it, it will go to the previous channel in the channel list, same as Ctrl+N, but in reverse. But if you hit the key combination, nothing will happen. mIRC 6.16 Windows XP Professional

Anyway, be sure to check you don't have an alias overriding it (//echo -a $isalias(cf6)). Spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, and stupid comments are intentional.
