Im having problems figuring out how to make a top3 list that reads and ini file and sets a variable for the highest found number. this is what the ini would look like:

[FragmentX]
uploads=20
[Ryu]
uploads=34
[RoXy]
uploads=12
--- end count.ini ---
how would i make it put ryu as #1 fragmentx as #2 and roxy #3 ?
please help me out people....
