If you have a DCC Chat window opened, and you close the connection it belongs to the DCC Chat is moved to the end of the switchbar. If the DCC Chat window is highlighted (for example, red if a message is waiting), and you have a collapsed network button as the first open connection, that collapsed button will be highlighted the same colour as the DCC Chat. Here is a screenshot in case you don't understand:
