ive noticed this only with /echo and the -f switch(which appleis flash settings)
my flash settings are off, i use a themeing engine that /echo's with the -f switch in case they were on, only on my second connection when a channel message occurs, does it still flash, doesnt do this on my first connection, only my second, and only a channel message, the flash settings are definately off per mIRC.
I use mIRC 6.15, windows 2000. didnt notice this on 6.14
